1) Classification (Class A/B/C)

  • Class A: Aggregate gross area > 30,000 ft² or > 3 stories used for sales.
  • Class B: 3,000–30,000 ft² and ≤ 3 stories for sales, or ≤ 3,000 ft² but occupying two/three stories.
  • Class C: ≤ 3,000 ft², one story for sales.
